Boiler Servicing and Plumbing work.

Today we are extremely busy out and about around Andover and the surrounding villages. We have two annual oil fired boiler services which will be carried out by one of our Worcester Bosch Accredited Installers. Below are pictures from one of our Oil Fired boiler services.

The boiler was found in a relatively poor condition. It was installed by someone who did not design enough expansion onto the heating system. This has led to numerous leaks on the boiler and due to inadequate limescale protection, clogging of the plate heat exchanger etc. Repairs will need to be scheduled on the Grant (UK) combination boiler.

whilst our engineers have been busy on many different jobs today, Our friendly office staff have taken several calls regarding numerous different queries. Ranging from a broken down boiler to disconnecting a washing machine! No two days are the same for our skilled engineers here at SHAPE Contractor LTD.

We also have several plumbing jobs booked in for our engineers today. We are fitting a new set of taps in Pandora. The picture below shows how corroded these taps were. The new taps will come with a two year warranty for the customers piece of mind.

We are also repairing a broken down boiler today in Ludgershall. The boiler is not firing up correctly. Therefore, our Worcester Bosch Accredited Installer will investigate and find out what the issue is. The customer also requires a quote to replace their old oil fired boiler for a new oil fired boiler. Did you know that we offer a free no obligation quotation on boiler installations!
